Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology adoption roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in quantum computing and biotech
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for climate adaptation strategies in coastal megacities
- Design ethical governance frameworks for AI-human symbiosis systems
- Produce annual 'State of 2026' trend reports for the World Economic Forum
- Manage cross-functional teams of futurists, data scientists, and design anthropologists
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants from NSF and DARPA
- Curate the annual 'Horizon 2026' global summit in Davos
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field with 8+ years applied experience
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex systems
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, bio, neuromorphic)
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing federal innovation grants (> $3M)
- Portfolio of deployed 2025+ impact initiatives
