Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate disruptive technologies
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify market opportunities and competitive threats
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation initiatives with corporate vision
- Secure strategic partnerships and funding for breakthrough projects
- Present innovation frameworks to investors and key stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching successful tech products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI, quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling skills
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) preferred
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding
