Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in quantum computing, AI/ML, or blockchain architecture
- Experience developing 5-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Innovation
- Strong background in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping
