Responsibilities

- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions in our Austin Innovation Labs
- Present strategic recommendations to the board with data-driven impact projections
- Manage a $5M innovation fund allocated to high-growth 2026-focused initiatives
- Build an external network of futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in corporate innovation or venture capital with 2025+ tech horizons
