Responsibilities

- Identify and capitalize on disruptive market opportunities
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through strategic partnerships
- Present to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Drive innovation workshops with Fortune 500 clients
- Patent novel methodologies and publish in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or tech R&D leadership
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record of launching $50M+ product innovations
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks and quantum computing principles
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Patents in AI, blockchain, or sustainable tech preferred
- Experience with agile/scrum methodologies at scale
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic a plus
