You'll work alongside Nobel laureates, quantum computing experts, and behavioral psychologists to develop proprietary frameworks for predicting and accelerating technological adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap using predictive analytics and scenario modeling
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture bleeding-edge research
- Create proprietary foresight methodologies using AI-driven trend analysis and behavioral econometrics
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners with 5-year impact projections
- Manage a $15M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-AI symbiosis and sustainable tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futures research with documented 5-year predictions
- Expertise in quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotechnology convergence domains
- Proven track record of launching products that achieved >$100M ARR within 5 years
- MBA or PhD in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or relevant STEM field
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on technological singularity or exponential growth
- Certification in Strategic Foresight from WFS or equivalent institution
