Responsibilities
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems targeting 2026 scalability milestones
- Design hybrid quantum-classical interfaces for enterprise deployment
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and topological qubit stability
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize cryogenic control systems
- Develop quantum security protocols for next-gen encryption standards
- Translate complex quantum algorithms into implementable hardware blueprints
- Present quantum architecture roadmaps to C-suite and venture partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years designing quantum computing architectures or superconducting circuits
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological qubits
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and fault-tolerant design principles
- Track record of translating theoretical quantum concepts into practical hardware solutions
