- Secure $10M+ in government grants for quantum supremacy initiatives
- Mentor a team of 12 quantum physicists and software engineers
- Develop proprietary quantum error correction protocols for industrial deployment
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Theoretical Physics, or Computational Mathematics
- 5+ years experience with quantum gate-level programming (Qiskit, Cirq) and ion-trap systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum decoherence mitigation
- Expertise in topological quantum computing and superconducting qubit arrays
- Track record of securing DoE or NSF quantum research grants
