Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for emerging sectors including quantum computing and synthetic biology
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Develop patent portfolios and IP protection strategies for disruptive innovations
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to implement future-ready technology ecosystems
- Present findings at Davos, CES, and UN Innovation Summits
- Mentor PhD fellows in technology ethics and sustainable innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years at C-suite level
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from lab to market
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for AI, biotech, and quantum systems
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaboration
- Active membership in IEEE or ACM with leadership roles
