Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions in our innovation lab
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies with patent-potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for measuring 2026-readiness across organizational tech stacks
- Author thought leadership on exponential tech adoption curves
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years focused on future-tech forecasting
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging tech applications
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, synthetic biology, AGI alignment
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth tech initiatives
- Deep understanding of Moore's Law successor paradigms (e.g., Neven's Law)
- Portfolio of 2026-viable tech patents or white papers
