- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 5-10 year commercial viability

- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in forecasting technology trends and market impacts
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or spatial computing
- Experience developing ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation protocols
- Track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies at scale
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
