Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant AI frameworks and neural-secure protocols

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent experience)

- Expertise in AI alignment theory and neural network interpretability
- Deep understanding of blockchain 3.0 and decentralized governance
- Experience with UN-level tech policy formulation
