Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technology foresight framework for 2026-2030
- Lead scenario planning workshops identifying disruptive innovations and market shifts
- Produce strategic whitepapers and executive briefings on emerging tech trends
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions using quantum computing, AI, and biotech
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption readiness and competitive positioning
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and academic symposiums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences
