Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous decision systems
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits across neural networks and predictive models
- Collaborate with quantum computing teams to audit ethical implications of quantum-ML hybrids
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and explainability requirements
- Monitor regulatory updates (EU AI Act 2.0, US AI Accountability Act) and ensure compliance
- Design audit trails for generative AI outputs and autonomous system decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethical tech development
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for large-scale neural networks
- Familiarity with quantum computing principles and their ethical implications
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF)
- Strong background in human-computer interaction and neuro-ethical design
