- Partner with product teams to embed ethical considerations into AI lifecycle management
- Establish transparent AI audit trails and explainability protocols
- Represent the company at global AI ethics summits and policy discussions
- Train stakeholders on responsible AI deployment practices
Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI governance, compliance, or tech ethics leadership
- Deep expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving global regulations
- Proven track record of implementing bias mitigation in production AI systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Policy, or related field
- Experience testifying before legislative bodies on AI policy matters
- Strong background in MLOps and AI lifecycle management
- Published research in AI ethics or peer-reviewed governance frameworks
