Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in AI Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech leadership roles
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging global AI regulations
- Proven track record of designing ethical AI frameworks for large-scale deployments
- Deep understanding of algorithmic bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Certification in AI ethics or responsible AI governance (e.g., CERA, CAIG)
