Responsibilities

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Proven track record in developing enterprise-level AI governance frameworks
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques for machine learning systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with multi-stakeholder consensus-building in tech ethics
- Strong background in quantitative and qualitative AI risk assessment
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology fields
