- Advocate for inclusive design practices in AI product development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in AI ethics, bias mitigation, or responsible AI
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and global AI governance trends
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias detection
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
- Experience with cross-functional AI development teams
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics preferred
- Knowledge of 2026's emerging AI technologies (e.g., generative AI, quantum computing)
