- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing ethical AI standards
- Research emerging regulatory trends and adapt compliance strategies
- Create AI ethics training programs for technical and non-technical teams
- Collaborate with product teams on responsible AI feature integration
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech roles
- Expertise in ML fairness metrics (e.g., disparate impact, demographic parity)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics preferred
- Proficiency in Python for bias analysis tools
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
