Responsibilities

- Establish monitoring protocols for real-time ethical compliance in deployed AI

Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or responsible tech development
- Expertise in ethical frameworks for LLMs and autonomous systems
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Experience with cross-functional AI ethics implementation
- Strong background in data privacy and algorithmic transparency
- Exceptional communication skills for complex ethical concepts
