Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct risk assessments for AI deployment across healthcare and climate applications
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align technical teams with ethical guidelines
- Advise C-suite on policy implications of AI advancements and regulatory compliance
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for industry conferences and publications
- Partner with academic institutions to establish ethics benchmarks for quantum AI
- Monitor emerging ethical challenges in AI development and propose mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, responsible AI development, or ethics consulting
- Deep expertise in AI bias mitigation, fairness metrics, and transparency frameworks
- Proven track record of influencing corporate AI strategy and policy
- Familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, and global regulations
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to technical teams
- Experience with healthcare AI applications and climate technology ecosystems
