Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI governance, policy development, or responsible AI roles
- Expertise in bias mitigation techniques and fairness metrics for ML models
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks)
- Proficiency in translating ethical principles into technical requirements
- Experience with stakeholder engagement across technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or adjacent field preferred
