The Role:
As a Technology Lead, you will bridge the gap between theoretical future tech and practical implementation. You will lead a team of engineers in deploying scalable AI solutions and ensuring our systems are resilient against the rapid evolution of digital threats.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance software systems optimized for AI integration and future scalability.
- Lead the technical strategy for adopting emerging technologies such as Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in security and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate futuristic roadmaps into actionable technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, uptime, and data integrity across all global platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend innovative tools and frameworks for the 2026 tech stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Proven track record of designing cloud-native applications (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design patterns.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
