Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging AI technologies (AGI, quantum neural networks, embodied AI) and synthesize strategic implications
- Develop 2026+ AI implementation roadmaps aligning with business objectives and ethical frameworks
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives integrating quantum computing with machine learning systems
- Present future-forward insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data narratives
- Architect governance frameworks for autonomous AI systems ensuring safety and societal alignment
- Represent the company at global AI summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
- Mentor next-generation AI researchers through our Future Visionaries program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 10+ years AI research experience
- Published work on AGI safety, quantum machine learning, or human-AI symbiosis
- Proven track record of translating theoretical AI concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in neural architecture optimization and emergent behavior modeling
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with AI ethics frameworks and responsible AI development principles
- Portfolio demonstrating contributions to at least one major AI breakthrough (2020-2024)
