Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience in AI/ML
- 10+ years developing production-level AI systems
- Expertise in transformer architectures and reinforcement learning
- Proven track record of launching AI-first products
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation
- Experience with quantum computing APIs (Qiskit, Cirq)
