Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-enhanced neural architectures for autonomous decision systems
- Lead cross-functional projects on ethical AI governance frameworks
- Develop novel reinforcement learning algorithms for multimodal data fusion
- Collaborate with neuroscientists to model human cognition in synthetic neural networks
- Drive open-source initiatives in explainable AI and bias mitigation
- Present findings at premier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) and industry summits
- Mentor junior researchers in advanced computational neuroscience techniques
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) on neural networks or quantum computing
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum programming frameworks (Cirq, Qiskit)
- Proven track record in developing production-grade AI systems with 10M+ user impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies
- Experience leading cross-continental research teams across 3+ time zones
- Strong background in computational neuroscience and multimodal data fusion
- Patents or peer-reviewed publications in autonomous systems or AGI safety
