Responsibilities
- Lead cutting-edge research in quantum machine learning and neural architecture optimization
- Develop scalable AI systems for real-world deployment across healthcare, climate, and autonomous systems
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Mentor junior researchers and foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams
- Translate theoretical innovations into patentable technologies with commercial viability
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in generative AI and human-AI interaction paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of industry research experience with peer-reviewed publications
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow, distributed computing, and MLOps
- Proven track record of developing novel AI architectures with measurable impact
- Strong background in quantum computing principles or neuromorphic engineering
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with systems thinking approach
- Experience leading technical projects with cross-functional teams
