Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care including bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication assistance
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and specialized care needs per care plans
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in client health to care coordinators
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping and errands to maintain safe living environments
- Document care activities and maintain accurate client records
- Foster meaningful companionship through conversation and engagement activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license preferred but not required
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (training provided if needed)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs and perform transfers
