Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor client health status.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Document daily care activities and report any changes in condition to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required.
- CNA or HHA certification preferred but not mandatory for compassionate caregivers.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable.
