As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. We offer a supportive work environment where your efforts are truly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Administer medication reminders and track daily health logs.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to combat loneliness.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe living environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health to the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Current California CNA or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification is highly preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and assist patients (up to 50 lbs) with proper body mechanics.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented personality.
