Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming) using provided equipment
- Assist with mobility and transfers using company-provided mobility aids
- Monitor client health status and document changes accurately
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication administration
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Maintain a safe, clean environment using supplied cleaning supplies
- Communicate effectively with families and care coordinators
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Georgia driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs with proper body mechanics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and empathy
- Ability to work independently while following care plans
