Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care using company-provided medical equipment (lift systems, mobility aids, etc.)
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Monitor vital signs and document health status using provided digital tools
- Transport clients to appointments using company vehicles
- Administer prescribed medications using supplied dispensing systems
- Maintain clean and organized client environments with provided sanitation supplies
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certified nursing assistant (CNA) license
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to operate medical equipment with proper training
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs with provided assistive equipment
