Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medication reminders and document daily logs accurately.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and errands.
- Monitor and report changes in physical or mental condition to supervisors.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable personal vehicle.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate, patient, and trustworthy character.
