Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding clients with specific dietary requirements.
- Provide medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed treatment plans.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands to assist with daily living tasks.
- Monitor client health status and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.
Qualifications
- CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide certification (or equivalent experience).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is highly preferred.
- Valid California driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
