Your Mission
Our clients rely on us for daily living support. You will provide exceptional care with a smile, ensuring dignity and comfort for every individual you serve.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications and track dosages under supervision.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to client care.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing team immediately.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and assist with transportation when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or PCA (Personal Care Assistant) certification preferred but not always required for experienced caregivers.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs.
