Responsibilities
- Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting as needed.
- Companionship: Engage clients in conversation, hobbies, and social activities to reduce isolation.
- Meal Assistance: Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if required.
- Medication Management: Remind clients to take prescribed medications on time.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
- Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments or errands when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must have a current, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CPR/First Aid Certification: Preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
- High School Diploma: or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a CNA, PCA, or Home Health Aide is a plus.
- Empathy: Genuine compassion and a desire to help others.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check.
