Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly individuals
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinator
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping duties and run errands as needed
- Maintain accurate care records and documentation
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, compassion, and physical stamina
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
