Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Light housekeeping and laundry services
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification required
- Valid Washington driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Compassionate nature and excellent communication skills
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Fluent in English (Spanish speakers encouraged)
