Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor health status.
- Offer companionship and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment.
- Document daily activities and care plans accurately.
Qualifications
- CNA, HHA, or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience with elderly care is a plus but not required.
