Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light errands.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Monitor client health and report any changes to the nursing staff immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment.
- Document daily care logs accurately and professionally.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Valid Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Willingness to obtain necessary certifications (training provided).
- Must be compassionate, patient, and reliable.
