What You'll Do
As a vital member of our team, your daily responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Provide medication reminders and track daily health logs.
- Offer compassionate companionship and engage clients in social activities.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings.
- Monitor client well-being and report any changes in health or mood to the care coordinator.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in caregiving, home health, or nursing assistance is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong communication skills and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
