Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
- Administer medication reminders and monitor for any changes in health status.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings as needed.
- Document daily care logs and communicate updates to family members and case managers.
Qualifications
- Current CNA, STNA, or Home Health Aide certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Compassionate demeanor with a patient and respectful attitude.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
