Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding to ensure proper nutrition.
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health or mood to our nursing staff.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to combat loneliness.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties as requested.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities.
Qualifications
- Current State-Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification preferred.
- CPR and First Aid certification is required.
- Valid California Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
