Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Medication reminders and light housekeeping assistance.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Monitor and report changes in client mood, behavior, or health status to supervisors.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver’s License and current auto insurance.
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, CNA, or Home Health Aide preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
