Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming to clients in their homes.
- Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety and comfort.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
- Offer emotional support and companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or mental health to the nursing supervisor.
- Administer medication reminders and assist with daily living activities (ADLs).
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided in compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) or HHA (Home Health Aide) certification preferred.
- Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
