Responsibilities
- Personal Care Assistance: Provide compassionate support with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Medication Management: Assist clients with medication reminders and daily health routines.
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious, appetizing meals tailored to specific dietary needs.
- Companionship: Engage clients in social activities, hobbies, and conversation to combat loneliness.
- Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for clients.
- Transportation: Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License: Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- CNA/HHA Certification: Certification is preferred, but we offer paid training for qualified candidates.
- Experience: Previous experience in home health, geriatric care, or personal assistance is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Reliability: A track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
