Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks as directed by the nurse.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and feeding.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and social activities.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities and care provided.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but we will train the right candidate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and empathetic demeanor.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
