Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding according to dietary restrictions.
- Manage medication reminders and coordinate with healthcare professionals.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients to reduce isolation.
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry duties to maintain a safe environment.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to supervisors.
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred (we can help you get certified).
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature.
- Experience in home health care or personal assistance is a plus but not required.
