Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Administer medications accurately and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe home environments
- Document care activities and communicate health changes to supervisors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass thorough background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and compassionate nature
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Experience working with seniors with dementia/Alzheimer's preferred
