Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Monitor client health status and report changes to supervisor
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and companionship
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe environments
- Transport clients to appointments and errands
- Administer medications under proper supervision
- Document care activities accurately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all training!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving required)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Compassionate nature with patience and empathy
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
